What leasing options are available?

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by the bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared common spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone in the household on it.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Only if that floorplan is available. If not we do offer a waitlist.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Deposits are not required pending good credit and rental history. It is refundable if the apartment is given back to us in good shape.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes

Is renter's insurance required?

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?

Yes, we have dog stations throughout the community, treats in the clubhouse, and walking paths around the community.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
We do not offer cable. Wifi is already hooked up in each unit with a separate fee charged by Zentro Internet.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Packages should arrive at your apartment but if they do not, we offer a package closet that can be accessed via key fob.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes, a community grill is offered on the pool deck.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

The entire property is non-smoking.

First come first serve, no assigned guest areas, garages available on certain floorplans.
